The interview process was poorly structured, with interviewers seeming unprepared and not adequately trained to run interviews. A significant amount of time—over 15 minutes—was spent on irrelevant topics, such as my weekend activities, instead of assessing my fit for the role. After three rounds of interviews, I received a generic rejection email with no feedback or explanation, which reflects a lack of professionalism and respect for candidates’ time and effort. -Recruitment - call with the HR team - Hiring Management - call with the person you would report to - Peers - Calls with different people at the same level as the job you are interviewing for (very badly structured)

The most horrible interview process. I felt completely rushed and grilled during the interview - hopping from me speaking to looking through my portfolio to asking questions about my former employer. I also told them I was dealing with the passing of a family member, so for them to string me along for over 3 weeks in the midst of that to mine information from me was the most heartless thing I've ever experienced. Just awful!
