Interview
HR called for an opening and took a phoneic interview through call.
For the next round I had to submit a essay/letter as to why I suitable for the role.
Third round was manegerial round which went for 1 hour.
Fourth round was senior manager round which again went for 1 hour.
The manager and HR both were super responsive and poilte.
However the 3rd round was weird, the interviewer was non-indian but had less exp than me. He was very novice and was not really ready for taking responsibility of interviews, he lacked exp. Still he was poilte and made me feel comfortable.
After the rejection email I even got a rating email for the interviewers which was good to see as orgs usally don't send such emails.
Overall it was a positive exp.

Interview
The process was well organized, professional, and transparent from start to finish. It included an initial recruiter screening, followed by interviews with the hiring team and a case study presentation. Communication was clear throughout the process, and expectations were explained at each stage.
Although I was not selected for the role, I appreciated the experience and the feedback provided. The recruiter took the time to call me personally to explain the decision, which I found very respectful and thoughtful. Overall, it was one of the most positive candidate experiences I have had.

The interview process involved five stages with four different interviewers, including a cold-calling exercise and a presentation. It thoroughly assessed communication, resilience, commercial awareness, and overall suitability for the role.
