Skype then face to face.
Applied through internet and then scheduled a face to face interview via Skype after getting to know me through a few questions regarding my cv over Skype.
Formal interview with prospective line manager and their line manager. Consisted of application via CV and cover letter, before receiving an invite to interview. Competency/skills based interview with room to explore answers and ask questions back.
