The interview process lasted 2 months during which there was a lot of back and forth communication. The process involved an initial interview, a technical test, a coding interview and an interview with the head of the department. In the end, after getting an offer it turned out that the company didn't validate the Visa transfer compatibility and all 2 months worth of effort went down. No further information about what went wrong and how could this be avoided in the future was disclosed by the other side and I can only assume that it was because the role is advertised for a different title than it is. The overall process was negative, the company wasn't flexible and not willing to negotiate the contract plus it failed to deliver its side of the conversation. I hate to say this, but it was a big waste of time.
