I was invited to a video interview, but the recruiter did not turn their camera on, so I had to speak to a black screen. I was only allowed to speak for about 5 minutes out of the 30-minute interview; otherwise, the recruiter kept talking. I was promised a follow-up the next day, but I never heard back. Weeks later, I received an automated rejection.
