Zoom meeting with regional manager. Was very thorough and informative. Good conversations and questions. I felt very comfortable and the manager was very easy to talk to. Was very satisfied with the whole process and excited to work with them.
I applied online. I interviewed at Aflac (West Manteca, CA) in Jan 2016
Interview
The first interview was great. No pressure I just showed up 13 minutes early. I was supposed to be there at 9:00 am for the interview. The instructions say to show up 15 minutes early. So as I continue to go threw the morning everything was going good walked into her office she greeted me at the front desk after I completed the short form. Short form is just basically your details. And we had quite a good talk question and answer type of thing.
Second interview was a lil bit different but went well anyways the staff there at Aflac is a really motivated and diverse group. I was hired and glad to be Aflac is truly a remarkable company.

Question 1
One thing that I was asked in the interview was what would I be bringing to the company. You know like what are you going to contribute to our offices here in Northern California.
They had one group meeting to discuss the job and then 6+ months before interviews. Takes a very long time to follow up but stay vigilant if you want to work for this company.
Started off as a group interview. This was not disclosed prior to the interview. It felt humiliating and degrading. No one said anything that felt genuine or welcoming. I left halfway through because it was so nauseating
