First step is come into the office for a group interview, which is more of a presentation about the program. Then came into the office again, had basically a discussion and was offered position in the program,
Quick phone call with simple questions:
What do you like about Aflac?
What skills do you have that would contribute?
Very laidback and easy going interview. No second rounds. Got the job after
It was a very simple interview, didn’t ask many questions honestly. Interviewer was very friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. You will be all set with this interview!

They were not honest about what the job involved, turned out to be a sales position, not finance. This was not a good company to grow your career as a young student.
