There was a virtual Group interview that told us about the job, and gave general details. If you stayed through the entire “briefing” you are contacted to have a one on one interview with the recruiter, district or regional manager
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Are you licensed to sell life and health jnsurance?
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Aflac in Apr 2011
Interview
Because of the nature of the business there wasn't a formal interview like you see at most places. The interview is more of them explaining what they do, and you choose whether to join or not. Since you are working as a 1099, 100% commission agent that covers all expenses out of your own pocket, they will take anyone interested.
