I had a phone interview first and then had a second interview one on one. The interview questions were fairly standard and nothing out of the ordinary was encountered during the process. I declined because the salary after training was 100% commission.

Question 1
They asked me if I would be able to complete the paid training and obtain my insurance licenses, as well as explaining that procedure.

Interview
The first interview was scheduled as a group interview/presentation, but I was the only one there. My second interview was one on one, and the regional was very personable and honest. Everyone was very pleasant, and the office was neat and organized. I liked the fact that the employer was aware of his opportunities, therefore seeking out and appreciating those that held those things as strengths.
