Zoom meeting with regional manager. Was very thorough and informative. Good conversations and questions. I felt very comfortable and the manager was very easy to talk to. Was very satisfied with the whole process and excited to work with them.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Aflac in Oct 2016
Interview
Straightforward, you wouldn't actually be employed for Aflac but you would be an independent agent selling their products. No benefits, you would have to have your own insurance etc. 100% commission based so can be stressful.
I think they basically allow anyone who is personable to start their career at Aflac.
They had one group meeting to discuss the job and then 6+ months before interviews. Takes a very long time to follow up but stay vigilant if you want to work for this company.
Started off as a group interview. This was not disclosed prior to the interview. It felt humiliating and degrading. No one said anything that felt genuine or welcoming. I left halfway through because it was so nauseating
