Interview
Aflac baits you with smoke and mirrors, by putting their offices in business parks. They belong in run down strip malls because they will take anyone with a pulse. And don't flatter yourself; AFLAC is not a career. The interview revolves around you being a pioneer in the health career market and Aflac guiding your path. They paint a pretty picture to smear the BS, that will be your job.
Group interview for the first one. It’s 100% commission based but if you know your capabilities then I recommend going for it! If you are a self-starter, this is definitely for you.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aflac (Knoxville, TN) in Aug 2025
Interview
Pretty easy, they seem to take everyone. The office is set up a little strangely with Aflac decorations everywhere. They do a group interview first which is a big tipoff, then you will likely be invited back for a one on one.
