Interview
Phone interview, online personality and logic assessment, online personality and logic assessment with skype proctor, finally an onsite interview with some technical questions.
Everyone involved in the process was super understanding, helpful, and a delight to talk to. It felt like a very sincere and fair process.

Interview
I applied online. After a few weeks, I had an over-the-phone interview. This was soon followed up by an online test. About a week later, I was asked to submit information for a background check and a drug test. A final interview was also scheduled. This interview had one or two coding questions and a couple scenario-questions in addition to the standard more open-ended questions.
