      Friendly coworkers made coming to work every day awesome

      Cons

      Management doesn’t do a good job promoting within. Even as a quality employee, they have a tendency to move people laterally. Overall pay is below market.

      Pros

      Advicent was great - all went downhill after they were acquired by Investcloud. Majority of the team left within a few months of the acquisition (taking the great company culture along with them). Had nothing but great things to say about Advicent... Investcloud is a different story entirely.

      Cons

      Lack of transparency, mainly surrounding the Covid-era layoffs. To be honest, this is fairly on-par with other Covid layoffs but was one of the only cons I could think of.
