Interview
The hiring and interview process was very comfortable. I met first with the Department Manager, then with several executive leadership members. I felt welcomed and almost forgot it was an interview. After going through the HR process, Employee Clinic physical and orientation - I felt truly blessed to be a part of such an organization.

Question 1
I was asked by a senior executive about my previous managerial work experience. At the end of this discussion, she asked me a question that totally through me off guard. She asked as to which process I liked to do best or least, hiring or firing.
