Applied through system, got first-round interview meeting with a committee (managers from the department) which lasted 90 minutes. Interviewers were nice and easy to have conversations, walked through my resume and standard behavioral questions, the second part of the interview was technical

First round- typical behavioral & background questions.
Second round- panel interview with first half being behavioral & second half being technical (Excel).
Third round- another panel interview with the people you would be working with, mainly discussing the specifics of the job & your experience.

Interview
Applied through referral, had a Group Interview with the Clinical Analytics team (which also included an Excel test). After the Interview I was told I would have a meeting with a director, which did not happen for the other two weeks. Then got an email that, the meeting with the director is cancelled and I would meet with the team again. The Interview went well and I was told they will get back to me in a week and I heard from them after 3 weeks with an automatic rejection email. Extremely disorganized Interview process.
