Three rounds of interviews for an entry level position (seemed more like an associate/mid-level position after learning more about it).
First round interview asked all behavior type questions "tell me about a time when..." Did not feel very conversational.
The second round interview was with a couple adjacent department team members in which they asked a couple of the same questions as the first one which felt a bit redundant and uncoordinated. I did appreciate that it felt a bit more conversational and one team member ended the interview with a question about what I enjoy doing and what I am passionate about outside of work.
In the final interview, I had to repeat one of my questions as the interviewer received a Slack ping and proceeded to read that as I was asking my question. I ended up being ghosted after three rounds of interviews, and taking time off of work which was a disheartening.
