I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Accenture (New Orleans, LA) in Nov 2019
Interview
I applied in early September, went through an initial phone screening with a recruiter, an online personality and basic skills test and a final 1:1 virtual interview. The interview process was long but good. It was frustrating that by the time they were ready to extend me an offer they only had positions available in cities I was not interested in. Need to apply even earlier than fall for jobs the next summer/early fall, particularly if you are not from an Accenture 'target school', if you are not from a target school you will work with a different recruiter than other applicants.

Question 1
How would you have better prepared for your technology presentation in the future?
pretty good, last for one hour
Entered the office, starting with some warm-up questions, then some case studies, and finally some motivational questions. After the interview finished, they asked someone to give me a office tour.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Melbourne) in Apr 2026
Interview
One group case study (approx 60 minutes + 35 minutes twist), one written test (40 minute on a booklet), one 5 minute 1-on-1 small reflection with assessor. If you pass everything, you will be invited to the final interview.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (New York, NY)
Interview
A call with a recruiter then a final round around 2 weeks later. They are very quick like many consulting firms. A lot more behavioral and what would you do if a client did this type of questions.
