Absolutely asinine interview process. The interviewers ask you a stream of questions like oh can you describe the name of a Java method or JavaScript method which doesn't make sense for a developer interview. Are you evaluating my memorisation knowledge? Poor excuse of a development team that still uses waterfall and has poorly skilled engineers on the team who have no idea what they are doing. Do not go to this company as it would be career suicide.
