Interview has three stages, turnaround time is two weeks, perhaps because October is a busy month. The structure of interview is HR, then colleague, then director. What's truly commendable about AXA is that the HR personnel provides feedback, clearly communicates the next steps, and provides guidance on the overall process. As an applicant, to have this level of support is commendable, and increased my desire to pursue the opportunity even more. Whether I make it or not, I appreciate the learning experience of the interview, I fell in love with the brand, and I want to contribute to the team even more. Thank you so much
