Kind people with good questions to prepare you for the job. Very professional setting but still made you feel at ease. Explained the role and their company very well too.
One or two basic questions asked. Otherwise, it was solely about the company description. Maximum time was spent on giving the presentation about the company and the job responsibilities. The interview process was very relaxed and I was the only one giving the interview that day.

Do you know about the job? How will you go about it? Do you have a large network?

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at AXA (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2020
Interview
Extremely direct and timely, made me feel like a valued member of the team, even at the interview process. I very much felt at home at a potential company that I was simply applying to. This feeling was prior to any serious consideration.
