I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at AT&T in Jul 2022
Interview
I applied to this position twice, once in Florida and the second time in Texas - both times I received email correspondence for an interview. The first time the interview was canceled morning off and the second time I waited in the interview room for 15 minutes and no one showed up. I reached out to someone after hunting for a contact and was told it would be rescheduled- I did not hear from anyone again after that. The company is a joke as far as recruiting goes, I have never been met with such a lack of professionalism. The first incident occurred in February of 2022 and the second in July of 2022- two different branches but both incompetent as far as hiring process goes.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at AT&T (Rainbow City, AL) in Apr 2016
Interview
He explained they use the STAR method and walked me through the process. It took about 20 minutes. One question rapidly followed another. I know that some of my answers were too long and wasn't given any feedback at the end. The staff were friendly when I was waiting to be interviewed
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Walk me through what your cell phone does. I gave run own of each function it helped me with throughout the day. He also asked how I would deal with an angry customer and how I had helped someone with a technological difficulty. He so asked what being on time meant to me. It was quite formal. No opportunity given to ask him any questions
