AT&T Technology Development Program (TDP) interview questions

I enrolled in the program and got an online assessment task to do. I was expecting 3-4 leetcode style questions. From what I researched I expected maybe two easy problems and two medium problems. I opened the OS and I could not even understand the questions. After reading them for thirty minutes they still didn't even make sense, it turns out they were 4 leetcode hard problems. I honestly don't understand how for a Junior program they decided to give four leetcode HARD problems...
