Going in you are met with a security guard who makes sure anyone that enters the building is an employee or there for an interview. The interview process was general questions, small talk, and mostly just learning your personality to see if you’d fit well within the center.

recruiter flew out to Seattle to interview me after a week of submitting my resume through a friend that worked at AT&T. The interview was very informal and most of the conversation revolved about collegate sports and not my relative business experience. I asked some questions about the opportunity and I recieved an offer that same day.

I had a Panel Interview after successfully passing the skills exam. The interviewers took turns asking me questions (some of them were situational questions). They asked 10 questions total. The office attire for them was business casual.

Manager was friendly and made me feel comfortable. Several behavioral questions. Very in depth! Interviewer is writing your answers throughout the entire process.
Waited two to three weeks for an offer.
