I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at AT&T
Interview
I applied in September 2018 for the TDP full time role online instead of the internship, so, in November, a recruiter reached out after seeing that I applied for the wrong role and redirected my application to the internship role. Then, the recruiter and I had a brief phone screen that was all behavioral questions. During the call, she asked me my preferred locations and roles for their TDP internship program. She also sent me an online technical challenge, which was really easy, and I completed it quickly. A few months passed and, in February, two people from the location I listed as my number one preference contacted me to do a group interview with them over WebEx. A week later, I heard back from the hiring manager and did a call with him. And, finally, a week after that, I got my offer!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Lots of behavioral questions, some easy coding questions (ex. what are the principles of OOP, difference between array and arraylist...)
Smooth and comfortable. The interviewers were quite knowledgeable and interested in what I had to day. The questions were not ambiguous and were clear, concise and easy to understand. Expectations for the internship were clearly discussed and I was given a chance to ask important questions too.

Question 1
How would you handle a conflict with a team member?
I completed two stages of the interview process- a one-on-one interview with a recruiter and a written test. I was removed from consideration after the second stage, the written test.

Question 1
The initial interview stage was very relaxed, I told the recruiter about my plans for the upcoming semester and what I thought I could provide for the company during my role. I learned that there are three interview stages for the position I applied for- the initial interview, a written test, and a roundtable interview with several evaluators.
