subimted online application. 2 days later, call for interview with HR. Offered 2nd interview same day. 5 days later offered job contingent on passing of Urine drug screen , backgound check, previous employment verification (took almost 3 long weeks for this part to be completed). after all completed HR called to let me know i would start training on the first of the next month.

Just like having a conversation. Basically asked about availability, working with others and independently, handling difficult customers and difficult situations, also how would you handle overcoming objection with sales and would that be a problem for you.
it was easy and fun to interview, with lots of questions but they made me feel welcomed. they touched based on everything i wanted to know about the role and all my expectations
