I went into the office for an in-person interview and the interviewer was around 30 minutes late. There was some confusion around the room booking, so I was asked to wait and ended up sitting in the kitchen/common space while they tried to locate a room. I then received a call saying they were meant to be in another meeting, which added to the sense of disorganisation.
That said, everyone I interacted with was friendly, the culture seemed positive, and the role itself appeared to offer a good level of autonomy and ownership. Overall, the experience felt a bit unstructured from a process perspective, but the team environment itself came across well.
Hi 👋 And thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We're really sorry that you didn't have the best experience with us and there was a miscommunication around meeting rooms and diary clashes. This isn't the experience we wanted you to have and will be escalating to the team to look into.
