I applied online. I interviewed at ASOS (London, England) in Mar 2024
Interview
I applied for the job and got invited for an online interview through Hirevue. It was about a 20-minute self-recorded interview asking questions about buying. After a few weeks, I was invited to ASOS HQ for an assessment centre day. It started with a group interview and later a 1-1 interview with a buyer where I had to present a pre-given task and go through a technical interview. Post 2 weeks I got a call to let me know I had cleared assessment centre and they are ready to make an offer.

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at ASOS
Interview
Very quick one phone interview, then the video interview followed by one in person at Asos headquarters. Very easy to use system and good questions. The SWOT analysis was easy to prepare for and present as well as the brands that would work well on the ASOS site.

Hire view online interview. This was difficult because I didn't talk to a person. I had to answer several questions while recording my answers and the time foreach question was limited.
