It was nice and easy interview process and it was easy to crack, they initially asked about me and then they gone through resume after that HR questions were asked to me.

The operation Manager told u about the job..the pay and the hours..ran a quick background check and drug test..ur hired in 2 days...a good place to work just the pay is too low for a forklift driver.and they ask for too much..to much work for 2 ppl on Shipping

Red Flags!!! A four hour interview with the "Director of Human Resources" during which she spend the majority of the time texting, answering e-mails, and taking calls from what sounded like her children. She openly displayed a lack of trust in the people on her team and only had bad things to say about the people who previously held the open position. I should have walked out, but was too shocked to move.
