Red Flags!!! A four hour interview with the "Director of Human Resources" during which she spend the majority of the time texting, answering e-mails, and taking calls from what sounded like her children. She openly displayed a lack of trust in the people on her team and only had bad things to say about the people who previously held the open position. I should have walked out, but was too shocked to move.
