ADP HRMS/HRIS Functional Analyst interview questions

I wish to post a review as I was not called for an interview because, in the last year, I worked for three companies, so they considered me unstable. However, it's not entirely my fault as I didn't intend to change jobs frequently. Rather, I was compelled to do so due to lack of support, training, and toxic management in those workplaces. Despite my attempts to explain these circumstances, they refused my application solely based on my job changes. In HR, it's essential to recognize that frequent job changes may not always be by choice; perhaps the individual didn't align with the company culture or faced challenges with management. I believe I should have had the opportunity to explain my situation, and then they could evaluate based on what I had to say, rather than excluding me without even listening to my side of the story and simply deeming me as unstable.
