The interview process is pretty typical for this type of position. A recruiter contacts you and asks basic questions. There is a follow up interview a little more in depth that comes with several online assessments. If you get pushed on through here then they will do a fairly extensive background check of your work history, credit, criminal, and driving record background check (same a government official). There are two separate face to face interviews with a SE and a regional sales manager as well as a ride along with an associate.
