Interview
First a phone interview,then completed a few assesments, next a face to face interview with department supervisor and another supervisor on the phone.. that interview went well, so I was then introduced and interviewed with VP on the same day. They look for your honesty, and the reason you desire to work at ADP. They are very clear about what the position will be like and the training that will be needed to learn the job. Also expressing the ongoing training as there is always something new to learn.

Interview
They had me do and an online pre-recorded interview then I had to pass a grammar test. Then it only took a week to hear back and schedule an in person interview.
The interview process at ADP was smooth and well-organized. The recruiter was very helpful throughout each step, providing clear communication and guidance. I felt supported and well-prepared for every stage.

Web call with management to review the job title and duties. Asked about goals and role fit to do the job. Since we just use thirty words I Dont know what else to put
