A very structured team interview with the hiring manager and three team leads. I interviewed in a small conference room with the four interviewers arriving one at a time to conduct questions and allow my questions.

Interview
Hiring involved three rounds of interview. It was a long process as people went on vacation in between so had to wait for their return to interview me. Also a long wait before they took their decision on hiring me.

They asked me on Project management and I was not prepared on that as I did not have any experience on it. Also this was not specified in the job description.
