I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (La Palma, CA) in Jan 2015
Interview
The interview process is very thorough. As an intern applicant, It was surprising to me the number of phone interviews with different people all over the country. This was also an educational experience to have. The interviewers were very professional and proficient in their knowledge about the business. They perform a detailed background check that must be 100% accurate. They check into everything that you write down, so this is not a time to embellish or exaggerate, just the facts and details.
