Two interviews - the first was with the recruiter and the second was with the director/hiring manager. Overall a good interview experience - 30 min screening and about an hour interview with the director. Very conversational and low pressure.

The first interview is with HR. Then you meet with the hiring manager. Then you meet with the director. Then you give a presentation to both.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Calgary, AB) in Apr 2024
Interview
Relaxed and informal. Slow process though - I had to follow up a few times. I wound up with another offer elsewhere and withdrew from the process. Everyone seemed kind and willing to train to increase payroll knowledge.
