3S Money interview questions

The interview process at 3S Money felt unnecessarily long and disorganized. I don’t understand why companies schedule 3–4 rounds of interviews for roles where the expectations are already clear. It can be draining for candidates and reflects a lack of coordination on the company’s part. I had an initial recruiter call and was confident in my ability to deliver on the role. However, despite being told I would hear back, I never received any feedback or update. This lack of communication left a poor impression of the company’s professionalism and respect for candidates’ time

3 interviews, one with People team (culture fit) , one with hiring manager (scenario based questions) and one with head of the department (knowledge based). Interviews were completed within one week
