The interview process at 3S Money felt unnecessarily long and disorganized. I don’t understand why companies schedule 3–4 rounds of interviews for roles where the expectations are already clear. It can be draining for candidates and reflects a lack of coordination on the company’s part. I had an initial recruiter call and was confident in my ability to deliver on the role. However, despite being told I would hear back, I never received any feedback or update.
