      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at :Delmain

      Interview

The next business day after applying for the job, the HR manager reached out to me to give me an assignment where they wanted me to find a website that would be a good client for them and do a critique of the homepage based on design, UX, and a marketing standpoint. I turned it in a day later and a day after that they reached out again to schedule an interview since I did well on the critique. We had an interview set 2 days later that was supposed to run between 45 and 60 minutes. The interview went really well and the interviewer asked if I had more time to talk, so the interview ended up lasting about an hour and 40 minutes. The interviewer told me they needed to conduct other interviews, but I could expect to hear back in a week at the earliest or up to 2 weeks. I followed up on the next business day to thank him for his extra time during our interview, and then followed up again with the HR manager a week after I was told I would hear back asking if there was any news about the position. They fully ghosted me. After completing an assignment and a nearly 2 hour interview, I feel like the bare minimum of courtesy would have been to send me a rejection email, but they just never responded to me.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Interview was pretty generic, more focused on "company culture" fit than anything technical since they said the technical interview would be separate.
