Does foodpanda offer massages?
Pros
Good culture, supportive managers, free ice cream on wednesday, fully stocked pantry
Cons
Lack of good mental health support, not much festival celebration, not much of equality awareness activities, back in probation if you get transferred, with potential of termination
Advice to Management
I worked for 10 months, first 4 months in operations, then was transferred to WFM. I was already confirmed, but put in probation again and ultimately terminated for failing it. They should have at least transferred me back to my old department or to another role. This is a very sketchy practice, and I felt like I was fooled for agreeing to a transfer that was not even initiated/requested by me.

Does foodpanda offer dental insurance?
Pros
Overall, I have had a positive experience working at this company for the past year. One of the standout features of this company is the open and creative working environment, which has allowed me to feel comfortable and supported in my role. The humane treatment of employees is also a notable aspect of the company culture, as I have always felt valued and appreciated by my colleagues and superiors. The perks and benefits offered by the company, including medical coverage and the option for free food and drinks, are a nice touch and have made my time here more enjoyable. The annual leave policy is reasonable, and the work-life balance has been satisfactory overall especially option to work from home.
Cons
One of the drawbacks of working at this company has been the lack of opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies or on particularly very challenging or very exciting tasks. Additionally, the organization's large size can sometimes make it difficult to keep up with new changes and updates. While the company has a well-established and successful business model, it may not be as dynamic or fast-paced as a startup. Another potential concern for some employees is the company's practice of laying off staff in the event of economic downturns. While this is a common practice in the industry, it can be stressful for those who may be affected. Finally, the system for career growth and advancement within the company can be somewhat complicated, and it may take some time to progress within the organization.
Advice to Management
Despite these drawbacks, I'm enjoying my time at this company and have found it to be a generally positive and supportive place to work. The people I have worked with are talented and friendly, and the overall sense of safety and belonging within the company is palpable. The compensation and harmonious work-life balance have also been appreciated. Overall, I would recommend this company to others as a good place to work.
