foodpanda Interview Questions

There are 5 interview stages, including recruiter screening. Recruiter screening was fairly normal, asking about expected salary, intention of moving jobs, etc. First actual round was a 1-hour portfolio review. This was with a designer. I went through 1 case study. I was able to ask questions too. Next stage was a whiteboard challenge: the problem I am asked to solve for is shared on the call itself, by 3 designers. Next 3 stages were 1-1 talks with managers & HOD.

Had 3 rounds of online interviews. First with the person who was leaving their position(amicably), the direct report and one level above. Each meeting was around 30mins to an hour. Mainly asked about past experience.

It was very quick and they did not seem to really care so it was kind of hard to open up about yourself. It was also very quick and straight to the point.

the interview process consisted of 2 stages. first is with the hr rep and then the second interview is with the manager. In my case, the processing of my application happened very fast but it can really vary

Shortlisting the candidate. Than verification. Thn comes Final interview. After final interview they will negotiate about the salary. And if matches tham they will hire you. And after hiring they will provide you training regarding the job.

It was so bad, really not organised at all. They make me go through 3 interviews stages and keep me hanging. Really it was the worst interview sessions I went through and the recruiter can call and tell me after that we will keep your CV under KIV. Then why you keeping me wait for 3 weeks.

Punctual. In fact I think it overan as I had a lot of questions. Fairly straight forward and honest exchange about what is expected of the role and the ideal candidate profile.

We had our meeting at the Google meet platform. It was really smooth and we have 2 interview phase. The employer was really nice and accommodating. The planned the interview a week prior submissions of resume.

It was not that good, the guy was rude as hell and the room we were in smelled like dog pee. I do not recoomend it to anyone The staff was rude and made me wait even though i was on time

Standard interview process; interviewer seemed to have made up their mind before the interview started and did not seem interested; questions were easy and straightforward. No technical questions asked. Spent about 50 minutes. No written tests.
