Hello there, we're grateful you took the time to share your experience at WP Engine. We're glad to hear you overall enjoyed your time here, especially the work/life balance and the people you were able to work with as well as the problems you were working on in service of our wonderful customers. We utilize salary surveys to review our salary ranges on an annual basis and then conduct an annual salary planning review for merit-based increases. We're sorry to see you felt like that wasn't necessarily the case, and if you're comfortable doing so we'd encourage you to reach back out to our Employee Experience team to learn more about your experience and what we might be able to do going forward, as that's not an optimal employee experience here at WP Engine. Beware of marketing roles

      Pros

Solid coworker pool. Pay is at the top end of any industry. The people are what make this place great. Fantastic benefits package: unlimited PTO, good insurance. flexible hours when needed.

      Cons

Beware of new marketing leadership and those above them allowing the exodus of great talent. I watched the new CMO single handedly run so much in to the ground since she got here. Firing people who speak out against her (or tell her the truth in many cases) and forcing some of the top talent out based on lies. Its disgusting.
