Does UBS offer parental leave?
Pros
The overall employee package is fantastic, good salary, with 14% extra to spend on pension, health insurance, extra holiday etc. Very progressive parental leave policy, 6 months full pay for mums and dads. Very supportive through Covid, though now trying to implement a minimum 3 days in the office policy. Great people to work with all trying their best to achieve the best results
Cons
Very hard to make significant change, very institutionalised, even if they claim that they aren't. Lots of centrally mandated programs that are forced through with little consultation of the people who it will affect and who are able to identify issues and easy fixes. Attempting to modernise but years behind most software companies.
