Interview process was very Smooth, HR team are very supportive during interviews especially Aditya.A helped a lot until the joining date. Team are very friendly within projects and supportive at every needs. Learning scope is too good here and there are many new skills that can be added in our set. Work life balance is pretty good, Leave policies are good, Medical insurance and other benefits are based on the Level we get hired for.

The delivery management team in Trivandrum in transport off highway is an absolute disgrace and a significant liability to this organization. These individuals exhibit a shocking lack of leadership, technical acumen, and basic respect for their resources. Their primary skill appears to be navigating the treacherous waters of internal politics, where sycophancy is rewarded and genuine talent is systematically ignored and demoralized. Project execution under their "guidance" is a chaotic mess, demonstrating a fundamental misunderstanding of digital project lifecycles and best practices. Their technical knowledge is laughably inadequate, leaving teams to flounder and projects to derail. The appraisal process is a blatant sham. Merit and performance are irrelevant; promotions and salary hikes are arbitrarily bestowed upon their favored individuals, creating a deeply unfair and demotivating environment for everyone else. This blatant favoritism fosters resentment, erodes trust, and actively discourages high-performing individuals. Working under this management is akin to navigating a minefield of petty power plays and arbitrary decisions. The well-being and professional growth of the team are clearly not a priority. The atmosphere is toxic, stifling innovation and driving away valuable talent.

• Company is full of " Partiality ". Trivandrum managers are giving more importance to Kerala people. . No Proper Senior Management support and they don't have proper knowledge how to manage their team and about company events . No Correct Appraisal evaluation . Partiality in allocating projects and recruitment process. . No Proper fests and celebrations.

In some of the projects I have worked on, I found the work environment to be quite challenging. Unfortunately, the level of support from management was often lacking, and there was limited recognition for the efforts put into the work, even when extended hours were required. Moreover, minor mistakes were met with disproportionate criticism, creating a stressful atmosphere. During my time working on three different projects, I observed that the culture in one of my previous projects was particularly toxic, marked by office politics and favoritism. Managers tended to give more weight to the opinions of a few preferred employees, which often led to biased evaluations and lower performance ratings, regardless of the actual contributions made. This disparity ultimately impacted the increment and appraisal process, which felt unfair and demotivating.
