      Pros

      Sharing some early feedback based on my experience so far. Here are a few key takeaways Interview - The interview process was engaging and thoughtful. I had the opportunity to speak with some of the most talented professionals in the industry. The panel clearly communicated their expectations and the ideal candidate profile, which gave me a strong grasp of the role and what success would look like. Onboarding – Seamless and well-organized. Everything was in place to help me get up to speed quickly. Team – A genuinely collaborative and motivated group. Everyone is focused on problem-solving and open to ideas. Leadership – Strong vision, approachable, and committed to mentoring. They genuinely care about helping employees succeed.

      Pros

      Amazing medical and fiscal benefits, PTO is flexible and almost always approved, the people on your team and in your department are the best part. Pay is very fair.

      Disorganization causing strain on your job and overall sales process for client, lack of communication between departments, extremely difficult quota to consistently achieve quarter over quarter, internal processes constantly changing

      Cons

      You are just a number. There’s no end in sight to the layoffs. Layoffs occur quarterly, sometimes twice in a quarter. The wrong people are promoted. Top down decision. Everyone is miserable and you can feel it. They don’t seem to want smart people in certain roles. Unrealistic expectations. It’s like they want people to quit. RingCentral ruined what used to he an amazing culture. Rather than hire capable individuals they hire people for support in Manilla who are useless and upset the customers. Raises aren’t keeping up with inflation, if you even get a raise. Benefits keep getting scaled back.
