Too many long procedures Tech issues Lots of talking with no actions Confits of interests not solved rather ignored Managers often are people with no skills to be responsible for other team members. Hard to get a promotion if your colleagues in your team are senior and they don’t want you to be at the same level

Interesting work and great people

Work life balance and return to office

They care about culture and seem to focus on work life balance. There's lots of opportunity to network through happy hours and summer / winter events.

Work life balance is highlighted but when it comes down to acting it's not really being followed. Happy hours and 'fun' events don't make up for flexible working, reasonable adjustments and reasonable requests. Not a lot of option to progress if you're not in the consulting side.
