Poor hiring for upper management positions (especially Hotel GM) The people in those positions have no business being there and HR is sneaky and will help in targeting employees. All the good managers and employees left because of this. That’s 8 managers in 2 months! When employees quit, fulfill their two week notice and have a clean record, they will be marked as non rehire-able without their knowledge, just for quitting or because they quit due to mismanagement. Working conditions are terrible, with broken equipment, broken elevators and no heating or air conditioning for months at a time. They do not invest back into the business. No security or safety when working in dangerous downtown areas.
