Too much delay in everything, The selection process was tedious, Even after getting the EOI there was a delay and its already been an year with no offer letter and no onboarding

It’s good for begginners because they have a lot of resources and big customers for which you can work, making you learn a lot

Benefits almost inexistent, very complex process to get a raise, your oppinion doesn’t really matter, they don’t offer any kind of bonuses or gifts for Christmas or things like that

Hiring practices were tracked closely to ensure specific percentages of minority groups were hired to meet hiring quotas. Top talent overlooked due to not being a minority and other candidates whizzing through the hiring process because of their minority status. At many times observed talent teams using LinkedIn recruiter to confirm the look of the candidate accurately matched how they identified on the job application.
