Annual raises are not very good and promotion increases are okay.
Definitely some favoritism towards a certain mold of person, if you don't fit that mold you won't be part of their inner circle.
Biggest con is promotion or growth outlook. Basically good luck in this category because there are not many opportunities for promotion beyond the SC level.
Minimal business development opportunities, all taken by MP level and above. Hence difficult to reach PC and above.
