There are a few good people that you work with,

Terrible management. My boss would yell obscenities at everyone. It was a very hostile work environment. Zero work life balance, below average pay, raises and bonuses.

Good pay compared to others, when the division (IEA) was privately owned, there was a lot more flexibility. 100% remote, little micromanagement for day to day activity so long as job gets done.

Director and senior management offer very little support/core training. Environment is "sink or swim". You move from one client to another, with a completely different set of responsibilities and little training or guidance in place. Senior management are good at their tasks but are insufficient people-managers, resulting in management appearing combative with employees. Several ex-employees were asked to leave, pending lawsuits with the company due to manner of termination, two were PIP'd and fired in that manner to cover the shortfall of management.

They will offer good pay at the time of joining, nothing else.

Management issue, no work life balance, daily 5 hours streching and hiring and firing culture. Please don't join this company.

- Toxic enviroment - Micro management - Salary is low compare to other companies and the market - No training provided, they will let you do everything by yourself - No growth opportunities - No meritocracy, management will let growth only favorite people - If you have problems on the IT level no one it will take care of it, so no solution to your problems. - Management put so much stress that your performance goes down and they will put more pressure on you. - No management support - Benefits and Events are almost non existent compare to other companies - Turnover of people is very high. No one want to stay and no one has a vision of career in the long run. - OT are not paid as the managers never approve them you end up to do a lot of working hours without been paid. Once I was offered with a voucer from Wolt ridiculous. - No empathy
