- Toxic enviroment - Micro management - Salary is low compare to other companies and the market - No training provided, they will let you do everything by yourself - No growth opportunities - No meritocracy, management will let growth only favorite people - If you have problems on the IT level no one it will take care of it, so no solution to your problems. - Management put so much stress that your performance goes down and they will put more pressure on you. - No management support - Benefits and Events are almost non existent compare to other companies - Turnover of people is very high. No one want to stay and no one has a vision of career in the long run. - OT are not paid as the managers never approve them you end up to do a lot of working hours without been paid. Once I was offered with a voucer from Wolt ridiculous. - No empathy
